Workshop signup form
Workshop signups usually come down to a name, a way to reach someone, and which session they want. formset builds that from a sentence, and when you ask how the sessions split it answers with counts rather than a spreadsheet.
Say this to your assistant
“I need a signup form for Thursday's workshop — name, email, and which session they want, morning or afternoon.”
Change the wording to suit your event or business. formset reads what the question is asking and picks the right type, so an email address is checked as an email and a rating is collected as a rating.
What formset builds
The form is hosted at its own link straight away. Respondents need no account, and you can share it as a link, a QR code, or embedded in your own site.
Then just ask
When the answers come in, ask in the same conversation:
- “How did the signups split between the two sessions?”
- “Give me a QR code for the poster.”
- “Send me all the signups as a spreadsheet.”
Connect formset
In Claude, add formset from the connector directory. For ChatGPT, Claude Code or any assistant that supports remote MCP servers, add this address and sign in with Google once when it first connects:

Step-by-step instructions are in the documentation. formset is free to start.
