Net Promoter Score survey
A Net Promoter Score survey is one number and one reason. The number tells you where you stand; the reason tells you what to do about it. formset builds both questions and summarises the distribution when you ask.
Say this to your assistant
“Make an NPS survey: how likely they are to recommend us from 0 to 10, and what the main reason for their score is.”
Change the wording to suit your event or business. formset reads what the question is asking and picks the right type, so an email address is checked as an email and a rating is collected as a rating.
What formset builds
The form is hosted at its own link straight away. Respondents need no account, and you can share it as a link, a QR code, or embedded in your own site.
Then just ask
When the answers come in, ask in the same conversation:
- “What is the distribution of scores?”
- “What did people who scored 6 or lower say?”
- “Share a read-only results page with the team.”
