Wedding RSVP form
Wedding RSVPs carry more than yes or no: a meal choice, dietary needs, sometimes a song request. formset only asks the follow-up questions of guests who are coming, and gives you meal counts for the caterer when you ask.
Say this to your assistant
“Make a wedding RSVP: guest name, whether they are coming, and if so their meal choice — beef, fish or vegetarian — and any dietary requirements.”
Change the wording to suit your event or business. formset reads what the question is asking and picks the right type, so an email address is checked as an email and a rating is collected as a rating.
What formset builds
The form is hosted at its own link straight away. Respondents need no account, and you can share it as a link, a QR code, or embedded in your own site.
Then just ask
When the answers come in, ask in the same conversation:
- “How many of each meal do I need to tell the caterer?”
- “List everyone with a dietary requirement.”
- “How many guests can’t make it?”
