Contact form
A contact form is the simplest form there is, which is why it should not need an account in a form builder. Ask for one, put the embed snippet on your site, and ask your assistant what came in this week.
Say this to your assistant
“Make a contact form for my website with name, email, what the message is about, and the message itself.”
Change the wording to suit your event or business. formset reads what the question is asking and picks the right type, so an email address is checked as an email and a rating is collected as a rating.
What formset builds
The form is hosted at its own link straight away. Respondents need no account, and you can share it as a link, a QR code, or embedded in your own site.
Then just ask
When the answers come in, ask in the same conversation:
- “Give me the embed code for my website.”
- “What messages came in this week?”
- “Find the message that mentioned pricing.”

In Claude, add formset from the connector directory. For ChatGPT, Claude Code or any assistant that supports remote MCP servers, add this address and sign in with Google once when it first connects:
