Volunteer signup form
Volunteer coordination is mostly one question asked over and over: which shifts are still short? Collect availability with a form instead of a reply-all thread, then ask formset where the gaps are.
Say this to your assistant
“Make a volunteer signup for the river cleanup on Saturday: name, phone, which shifts they can do, and whether they can bring a car.”
Change the wording to suit your event or business. formset reads what the question is asking and picks the right type, so an email address is checked as an email and a rating is collected as a rating.
What formset builds
The form is hosted at its own link straight away. Respondents need no account, and you can share it as a link, a QR code, or embedded in your own site.
Then just ask
When the answers come in, ask in the same conversation:
- “Which shift has the fewest volunteers?”
- “Who can bring a car?”
- “Export the list with phone numbers.”
