Customer feedback survey
Feedback surveys fail when they ask too much. A rating, one question about what to change, and an optional way to follow up is usually enough. formset builds it, and when the answers arrive you ask for the average and the common themes instead of reading every row.
Say this to your assistant
“Make a short customer feedback survey: a 1–5 rating for the service, what we should change, and an optional email if they are happy to be contacted.”
Change the wording to suit your event or business. formset reads what the question is asking and picks the right type, so an email address is checked as an email and a rating is collected as a rating.
What formset builds
The form is hosted at its own link straight away. Respondents need no account, and you can share it as a link, a QR code, or embedded in your own site.
Then just ask
When the answers come in, ask in the same conversation:
- “What is the average rating so far?”
- “Show me everything people said they would change.”
- “Show me everyone who rated us 2 or below.”
