Client intake form
An intake form saves the first fifteen minutes of every discovery call. Ask the same questions of every prospective client before you meet, then ask your assistant to summarise the new enquiries.
Say this to your assistant
“Make a client intake form for my design studio: name, company, email, what they need, their budget range, and when they need it by.”
Change the wording to suit your event or business. formset reads what the question is asking and picks the right type, so an email address is checked as an email and a rating is collected as a rating.
What formset builds
The form is hosted at its own link straight away. Respondents need no account, and you can share it as a link, a QR code, or embedded in your own site.
Then just ask
When the answers come in, ask in the same conversation:
- “Summarise the enquiries that came in this week.”
- “How do the budgets break down?”
- “Find the enquiry from the company that mentioned a rebrand.”
