Event RSVP form

An RSVP form needs to answer one question well — who is coming, and with how many — and stay out of the way of everything else. Describe the event and formset builds the form, hosts it at a link you can text or email, and counts the replies for you.

Say this to your assistant

“Make an RSVP form for our launch party on 14 November: name, email, whether they are coming, and how many guests they are bringing.”

Change the wording to suit your event or business. formset reads what the question is asking and picks the right type, so an email address is checked as an email and a rating is collected as a rating.

What formset builds

Your nameShort text

Will you be there?Yes / no
How many guests are you bringing?Number, shown only when it applies

The form is hosted at its own link straight away. Respondents need no account, and you can share it as a link, a QR code, or embedded in your own site.

Then just ask

When the answers come in, ask in the same conversation:

  • “How many people are coming in total, guests included?”
  • “Who said no?”
  • “Close the RSVP, the venue is full.”

Connect formset
